to senior management, including four years as a Principal with a
leading New York management consulting firm. As well, he has over
fifteen years operational management experience with major Canadian
corporations.
Bob’s work for a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, Canadian
industrials, energy utilities, governments and Crown corporations,
as well as emerging information technology-based businesses has
earned him a reputation for innovation and excellence. His assignments
have encompassed strategic and operational business planning, business
case preparation, business process design and implementation, qualitative
benchmarking, organizational restructuring, and policy development.
He has also worked extensively in information technology planning
and management, counseling senior IT executives to help improve
