Mr. Morrison is a founding
partner of The Signal Group. He has thirteen years experience as
a consultant to senior management, serving a broad spectrum of clients
ranging from telecommunications, energy utility, retailing, financial
and forestry industries, to provincial government ministries, Crown
corporations and health care providers. He has ten years corporate
management experience with major Canadian corporations in the oil
and retailing industries prior to entering management consulting.
Throughout these engagements, Mr. Morrison has specialized in the
evaluation of business processes, process redesign facilitation,
and implementation of process changes to improve performance. Implementation
activities have included policy development, identification of new
core performance indicators, organization redesign, capital expenditure
analysis and approval, project management, development of new strategic
plans, and the integration of knowledge management and improved
information management practices.
Mr. Morrison has developed extensive expertise in guiding organizations
through transitions to enable them to maximize service for customers
and value for stakeholders. Clarke is also the author of a comprehensive
business process evaluation and redesign methodology that has been
used successfully across North America to train organizations to
undertake process change.
