Mr. Powell is a partner in The Signal Group. He has over nine years experience as a consultant to senior management. In addition he has over fourteen years experience as an executive and operational manager.

Greg has worked with a number of Fortune 1000 companies in the development of information systems processes and infrastructure. His assignments have included strategic and operational business planning, business case preparation, business process design and implementation, performance benchmarking, organizational restructuring, and policy development. His primary area of concentration with The Signal Group is to help client organizations to improve the overall effectiveness of their operations through business process design and performance measurement.

Greg has been involved in the development of several public/private partnerships, as well as in the establishment of strategic alliances and joint ventures involving major enterprises. His strong background has enabled him to build a substantial and growing international practice related to the management of laboratories and to Laboratory Information Management Systems.
